PT Indowin Engineering Indonesia is a construction company committed to delivering reliable engineering and construction services across Indonesia. We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Driver who can communicate in English and/or Mandarin and is willing to travel for business assignments to project sites in various cities.

Job Description

• Safely transport company staff, management, and guests to designated locations.

• Support business trips and project-related travel across different cities in Indonesia.

• Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and in good operating condition.

• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.

• Plan efficient travel routes and manage travel schedules.

• Assist with airport transfers, client visits, and project site transportation.

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when working with management and clients.

• Comply with all traffic laws and company safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

• Valid Indonesian Driving License (SIM A).

• Minimum 5 years of driving experience, preferably in a corporate, engineering, or construction environment.

• Able to communicate in English and/or Mandarin (spoken communication is essential).

• Willing to travel and stay out of town for project assignments when required.

• Good knowledge of road networks and navigation systems.

• Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.

• Physically fit and able to work flexible hours when necessary.

• No serious traffic violations or criminal record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience driving expatriates, foreign clients, or company executives.

• Familiarity with construction project environments.

• Ability to perform basic vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance checks.
