What You Will Do:
Project Controlling: Partner with R&D and Project Managers to track profitability, project gross margins, and investment requests (IARs).
Financial Planning: Lead the financial closing process for Actuals, Forecasts, Budgets, and future Business Plans.
Reporting & Tracking: Manage business reporting, monitor the order book, and ensure data consistency across our project tools.
Compliance & Audit: Ensure all financial statements comply with IFRS and internal policies, with a heavy focus on capitalized R&D expenses.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial controlling, corporate finance, or audit.
Skills: Strong understanding of financial forecasting, budgeting, and IFRS rules.
Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Mindset: An analytical thinker who can translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-finance teams.
