Recreation Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Recreation, Sports Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recreation, sports, fitness, wellness, or hospitality operations, including managerial experience.

• Strong understanding of fitness, sports, wellness, and recreational programming, with the ability to identify and meet member needs.

• Proven leadership skills with experience managing, coaching, and developing teams.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities with experience planning programs, events, and activities.

• Experience managing operational budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.

• Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on member satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

• Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to develop new programs, events, and member experiences.

• Strong commercial awareness, including program promotion, participation growth, and revenue generation.

• Experience working with external vendors, partners, coaches, and service providers.

• Knowledge of health, safety, risk management, and emergency response procedures.

• Relevant certifications in sports, recreation, fitness, or club management are an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and club management or scheduling systems.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.

• Passion for fitness, sports, wellness, and community building.
