  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

  • Minimum 5 years of enterprise software sales experience in Indonesia.

  • Proven experience selling and/or implementing Microsoft ERP solutions, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365.

  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding enterprise sales targets.

  • Experience selling to mid-market and large enterprise customers across industries such as Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, or Professional Services.

  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem and complementary solutions, including Power BI, Azure, and ISV add-ons.

Technical & Business Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of ERP business processes, including Finance, Procurement, Inventory Management, Operations, and Reporting.

  • Ability to conduct executive-level presentations, product demonstrations, and articulate business value and ROI.

  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales for pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity tracking.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify business opportunities and develop value-based sales strategies.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand customer challenges and propose appropriate business solutions.

  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to work effectively across sales, pre-sales, marketing, delivery, and partner teams.
