We are looking for a Payroll Office who is detail-oriented, experienced in payroll processing, and holds an Accounting educational background. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process monthly payroll for all employees.
Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, and incentives.
Prepare payroll reports and administer BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations (PPh 21) and handle related reporting.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Support other HR administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Payroll Officer.
Good understanding of basic labor regulations and tax rules (PPh 21).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.
Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work within deadlines.
