President School is seeking passionate and dedicated Boarding House Supervisors (Pembina Asrama) to join our Senior High School Boarding in Cikarang and Tanjung Lesung. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping students' character, leadership, independence, and discipline while fostering a safe, supportive, and structured boarding environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure students' compliance with boarding school rules, daily routines, and discipline standards.
- Foster students' character, leadership, independence, responsibility, and teamwork through daily guidance and mentoring.
- Oversee students' daily activities, including wake-up routines, physical exercise, meals, study hours, evening roll calls, and lights-out.
- Maintain a safe, secure, clean, and orderly dormitory environment.
- Monitor students' physical, emotional, and social well-being, providing appropriate guidance and support.
- Address disciplinary matters fairly, consistently, and in accordance with school policies.
- Coordinate with teachers, counselors, parents, and school management regarding students' progress and welfare.
- Prepare reports on attendance, discipline, incidents, and boarding activities.
- Support character-building programs, leadership development, outdoor activities, and school events.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies and student-related incidents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Guidance & Counseling or Psychology.
- Retired military or police personnel with experience as Gadik (Tenaga Pendidik), Gumil (Guru Militer), or other instructional, training, or youth development roles are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Boarding House Supervisor, Student Affairs Officer, Guidance Counselor.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Firm, disciplined, patient, and able to serve as a positive role model for students.
- Physically fit and willing to supervise both indoor and outdoor activities.
- Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule and reside in the boarding school as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
