Deskripsi Pekerjaan 

  • Mengatur, memastikan dan melakukan perawatan kandang

  • Memastikan pakan, obat dan vaksin ayam  sesuai standar produkasi

  • Melakukan pengawasan, pendampingan, dan pembinaan kepada tim

  • Melaksanakan fungsi fungsi manajement ( Planning, Doing, Controling dan Action ) untuk mencapai standart produksi yg di tetapkan oleh perusahaan

  • Memberikan laporan tentang kondisi Farm kepada atasan

  • Evaluasi target – target performance mingguan ( deplesi feed intake, feed convertion ratio)

  • Membuat rencana panen sesuai dengan kondisi kandang, jumlah dan ukuran ayam


Kualifikasi

  1. Pendidikan S1 Peternakan

  2. Pengalaman 3 tahun di posisi yang sama

  3. Pengalaman di breeding Farm lebih disukai

  4. Bersedia tinggal di farm / mess perusahaan

  5. Penempatan Batang, Jawa Tengah
