Business Trainee (ONEID BizTee) Program

Job Description:

PT Ocean Network Express Indonesia Business Trainee Program (ONEID BizTee) is a special development program for high potential talented young graduates.

For 12 months, you will undertake several assignments that will enable you to discover our business and various fields of expertise in digitalized multinational shipping lines company. You will learn about various posts and business processes of Ocean Network Business, discover our divisions and gain an overview of ONE ID, and its culture and values. Depending on your strengths and learning objectives, ONE ID would give you an opportunity not only to use and hone your technical competencies, but also and as importantly, your life skills as well.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holders, Fresh Graduates, who are passionate & self-motivated to deliver performance excellence and with exceptional personal achievements are encouraged to apply

• Well-rounded individual, with a strong academic background min GPA 3.30 and interpersonal skills

• Having a valid IELTS/TOEFL/TOEIC certification is highly preferred

• Proficient in English both verbal & written

• Dynamic & creative with high energy

• Takes initiative

• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills

• The sons and daughters from all Indonesia regions are welcome

• Expected to join on 01 October 2026
