Summary:
Basic up to $4200

Long-term career progression plan & travel overseas opportunity
Job Scope:
Document and standardize factory and production processes and procedures across the Group.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Support the deployment and implementation of production processes and procedures across Singapore and overseas operations.
Manage and support the development of next-generation production systems for switchgear manufacturing and assembly.
Ensure compliance with internal standards through audits of factory operations and process engineering practices across the Group.
Collaborate with operations teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes.
Perform other duties related to operations and process engineering as assigned.
Job Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Entry level are welcome, as training will be provided.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage
