Key Responsibilities:
Assist on inbound and outbound , monitoring, and tracking warehouse.
Coordinate with local teams and management team members regarding operational activities.
Manage petty cash, process employee reimbursements, and coordinate closely with the finance department for timely claim settlements.
Liaise with vendors, freight forwarders, and third-party service providers.
Ensure all operational, logistics, and financial/claim documentation is properly recorded and organized.
Support departmental administrative tasks and operational reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
Experience in handling petty cash and reimbursement processes is preferred.
Experience in the automotive or auto repair industry is a plus.
Fluent in English (mandatory).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for monitoring and reporting.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Available to join as soon as possible (immediate joiner preferred).
