About the role
Nui Da Mano is seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our hospitality team in Badung, Bali. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bar service. As a Barback, you will work behind the scenes to support our bartenders and front-of-house staff, maintaining an efficient and organised bar environment. This position is essential to delivering exceptional service to our guests and maintaining the high standards Nui Da Mano is known for.
Key responsibilities
Restocking and organising bar supplies, including spirits, wine, beer, mixers, and other beverages throughout shifts
Preparing bar equipment and tools, ensuring all glassware is clean, polished and properly stored
Assisting bartenders by gathering ingredients and preparing components for cocktails and mixed drinks
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards behind the bar, including washing glassware, bottles and equipment
What we're looking for
Previous experience working in a bar, restaurant or hospitality environment, preferably in a similar Barback or back-of-house role
Physical fitness and stamina to handle standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak service times
