What You'll Do?
Lead and mentor the KOL team to achieve business and campaign targets.
Develop and execute KOL & influencer marketing strategies for the Malaysia market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Malaysian KOLs, agencies, and creators.
Oversee end-to-end influencer campaigns, from sourcing and negotiation to execution and reporting.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights.
Stay updated with Malaysia's social media trends, especially TikTok, Instagram, and other emerging platforms.
Collaborate with Marketing, Branding, and E-commerce teams to maximize campaign performance.
Requirements?
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of the Malaysia influencer landscape and digital trends.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing campaign KPIs, budgets, and performance reports.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is a strong advantage.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
