Telco Customer Service Representative | Alabang
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Salary Package:?21,000 – ?25,000/month
Job Requirements:
- Senior High School Graduate (K–12) or High School Graduate (Old Curriculum).
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer navigation skills.
- Willing to work onsite at Alabang Town Center (ATC), Muntinlupa City.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, account updates, service requests, and basic technical concerns.
- Resolve customer issues while providing accurate information and excellent customer service.
