Job Requirements:
A Premium Telco Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing high-quality customer service and support to telecommunications subscribers. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving billing and technical concerns, managing accounts, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Handle inbound calls, chats, or emails from telecommunications customers.
- Assist customers with billing, payments, account changes, and service inquiries.
- Troubleshoot mobile, internet, broadband, or network-related issues.
- Explain plans, promotions, features, and service terms.
- Process upgrades, downgrades, renewals, cancellations, and service requests.
- Perform account verification and maintain customer information accurately.
- Resolve complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
