- Handle incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist customers with questions related to antivirus software and subscriptions.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Support customer retention by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and promoting customer satisfaction.
- Provide basic troubleshooting for software-related issues.
- Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Dutch proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and spoken).
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic technical knowledge and confidence using computers and software applications.
- A positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service, retention, technical support, or a contact center is an advantage but not required.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Full-time position with weekends off.
