Customer Operation Assistants

Job Requirement:
1. Fluent in either Chinese or English is preferred.

2. Strong client communication, coordination, driving, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

3. Able to adapt to customer visits, onsite support, and external business communication.

4. Strong information organization skills; able to independently prepare meeting minutes, customer information summaries, and basic reporting materials.

5. Familiar with Indonesian local business communication practices; experience in operator customer engagement, solution presentations, project coordination, or multilingual communication is a plus. Work location: Jakarta.


Job Responsibility:
1. Maintain daily communication and relationship management with existing project clients; keep weekly communication with regional clients and monthly communication with senior stakeholders.

2. Support customer visits, meeting organization, meeting minutes, and action-item follow-up; act as a communication bridge between Chinese and Indonesian teams to improve collaboration efficiency.

3. Identify customer needs, pain points, and potential business opportunities; collect customer feedback and support solution optimization and commercial progress.

4. Support onsite solution presentations, workshops, and project highlight introductions; assist in preparing bilingual Chinese-Indonesian customer materials and reports.

5. Interface with clients in new expansion areas, obtain historical data and business information, and support expansion analysis, market-entry assessment, and early-stage communication.

6. Assist with key project implementation, track critical actions, and collect market, customer, and competitor dynamics to support regional expansion decisions.
