Job Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct client visits, product presentations, and truck demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and pending sales.
- Coordinate with the Parts, Service, and Finance Departments to ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle customer concerns and provide after-sales support.
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payment collections when necessary.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account status updates for management.
- Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and marketing events.
