Liaison Officer
Job Summary
The Liaison Officer serves as the primary point of coordination between the company, healthcare providers, clients, and internal departments. The role ensures the timely processing of member requests, facilitates hospital and clinic transactions, resolves service concerns, and maintains strong relationships with accredited providers to deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and accredited healthcare providers regarding member concerns and service requests.
- Facilitate the processing of Letters of Authorization (LOAs), medical availments, claims, and other healthcare-related transactions.
- Assist members by providing accurate information on healthcare benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Act as the communication bridge between clients, providers, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of concerns.
- Visit healthcare providers as needed to strengthen partnerships and support operational requirements.
- Monitor and follow up on pending requests, approvals, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and service requests.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports on liaison activities, client concerns, and service performance.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in liaison, customer service, healthcare, insurance, HMO, or hospital operations is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and customer service skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Willing to travel to hospitals, clinics, and client locations when necessary.
