Production Supervisor

As a full-time Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production and maintaining high quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production teams, ensuring they meet daily production targets and quality objectives

• Monitor and optimise production workflows, identifying and implementing process improvements to boost efficiency

• Provide hands-on technical guidance and training to production staff, empowering them to enhance their skills and productivity

• Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to resolve any issues and maintain seamless operations

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

• Participate in the development and implementation of production plans and strategies

• Maintain accurate records and generate reports on production metrics and performance

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar manufacturing leadership role

• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and inventory management principles

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills

• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

• Proficient in interpreting production data and creating effective strategies to drive continuous improvement

• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to liaise effectively with various stakeholders

• Relevant educational background in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is preferred
