Your Role

As a vital member of our team, you'll play a key role in direct hair transplant procedures alongside one of our trained doctors. Your responsibilities will extend to:

• Assisting with the Hair Transplant Procedure
• Consult prospective customers over the phone, and in-person
• Managing pre-op and post-op customer correspondence and follow-ups
• Blood collection and performing PRP/PRF
• Delivering world-class care to our valued clients
• Ensuring adherence to medical protocols
• Contributing to the training and ongoing development of both new and existing staff
• Assisting in the day-to-day clinic operations as needed
• Full training awaits the right candidate, travel opportunities from time to time to learn from our experienced team members.

About You:

You'll also possess:

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing and registration with MCNZ
• Previous experience as a registered nurse
• Ability to perform blood collection or eagerness to undergo internal training
• Stamina, concentration, and physical fitness for extended periods of detailed work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• A warm and friendly approach to patient care
• Flexibility with working hours, including occasional weekends and extended weekday hours with short notice
• Willingness to travel interstate when required
