About the Role
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll analyse data, processes and performance to uncover opportunities for improvement. From streamlining workflows to enhancing operational efficiency, your insights will help shape practical, value-driven outcomes.
You’ll work with the team to identify risks and opportunities, delivering clear and actionable recommendations, and supporting the rollout of new processes, systems and automation initiatives.
This is a hands-on role where curiosity, critical thinking and a passion for continuous improvement will set you up for success!
What You’ll Be Doing
Driving Business Performance & Insights
Create clear, meaningful reports, dashboards and insights that support better decision-making
Bring together business-wide reporting to support SIOP conversations and planning
Identify trends, risks and opportunities to help lift performance across the business
Track key initiatives and KPIs, ensuring we stay aligned and focused on what matters
Review outcomes of initiatives and promotions to understand what worked and what we can do better next time
Improving Systems & Ways of Working
Work closely with teams to uncover opportunities for smarter systems and automation
Capture business needs and translate them into clear requirements
Support the rollout of new systems, workflows and improvements
Get involved in testing and help teams adopt new ways of working with confidence
Help maintain clean, reliable data and improve how we use our systems every day
Improving Processes & Driving Efficiency
Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and recommend smarter ways of working
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to understand current processes
Map and document current and future state workflows, procedures and requirements
Support the design and implementation of improved processes across the business
Support continuous improvement initiatives that make a real difference
Keep process documentation clear, relevant and easy to use
Supporting the Team & Collaborating Across the Business
Partner with teams across the business to support data-driven decision making
Share insights and ideas that help shape plans and outcomes
Contribute to a culture of openness, collaboration and continuous improvement
Actively support team goals and celebrate wins along the way
You'll bring:
1-2 years experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Process Analyst, Continuous Improvement Analyst, Operations Analyst, or a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes, evaluate options and develop practical recommendations
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Phocas or equivalent)
Experience documenting business processes, workflows, procedures, business requirements and operating models
Experience identifying, evaluating and supporting automation opportunities, including workflow automation, AI-enabled solutions and agentic AI applications that improve efficiency, decision-making and business processes
Excellent communication skills to present complex data and findings in a clear and concise manner
Problem-solving and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in analysis and reporting
Strong communication skills & a passion for collaborative working
