Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Process Engineer to support process design, Setup development, optimize manufacturing processes cost, production efficiency improvement, quality enhancement, and digital transformation initiatives, including the application of AI technologies to improve operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Design, setup, optimize, Development Processes and create work instructions to control, improve productivity and product quality.
Support new product introduction (NPI) activities, including process design review, design tooling, tooling preparation, and Production line setup include qualified.
Drive Process Capability improvement, Productivity, cost reduction, and waste elimination.
Troubleshoot Process daily issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production, quality, and manufacturing challenges.
Conduct root cause analysis for process failures and quality concerns.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related methodologies.
Utilize digital tools, data analytics, and AI solutions to enhance process efficiency, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Prepare engineering reports, technical documentation, and presentations.
Provide technical training and guidance to production operators and technicians.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production, Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or related fields)
1–3 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or industrial engineering
Knowledge of Engineering Statistical, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office and engineering software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good teamwork and communication abilities.
Good Leadership skills and Mindset.
·Able to work under pressure and manage multiple improvement projects simultaneously.
