Operation Manager Aesthetic Clinic

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations and performance of our aesthetic clinics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise branch operations to achieve monthly KPIs.

• Monitor sales, productivity, and service quality with clear corrective action plans.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, clinical workflows, consent forms, and company policies.

• Conduct regular audits and follow up on implementation.

• Coach and develop branch managers, therapists, and frontliners.

• Analyse operational data and submit performance reports with practical solutions not just numbers.

• Work closely with Management and Medical Director to continuously improve operational efficiency and patient experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of operations management experience (aesthetic, healthcare, retail, or hospitality preferred).

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Able to identify problems early and implement effective corrective actions.

• Highly organised, accountable, and able to work independently.

• Comfortable managing multiple branches and driving performance.
