Motion Graphics (3D & LED Designer)

Job Descriptions:

• Create engaging 2D and 3D motion graphics, animations, and visual content for LED displays, digital signage, and marketing campaigns.

• Design and animate 3D characters, environments, and visual effects for various multimedia projects.

• Develop character animations and synchronize movements with music, sound effects, and visual timing to create dynamic content.

• Prepare LED display content based on company design presets and ensure compatibility with LED display specifications.

• Collaborate with the Creative Team and Operational Centers/Outlet to ensure accurate implementation of creative concepts.

• Coordinate with LED vendors regarding content specifications, screen resolutions, formats, scheduling, and technical requirements.

• Edit and enhance video content for promotional, branding, and in-store digital media.

• Ensure all creative assets meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and project deadlines.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in motion graphics, 3D animation, and LED display technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Multimedia, Animation, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, 3D Designer, or a similar role.

• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Blender 3D.

• Experienced in creating 2D/3D animations, character rigging, and motion synchronized with music or audio beats.

• Familiar with LED display content production, including aspect ratios, resolutions, and file optimization.

• Understanding of video production workflows, compositing, rendering, and post-production techniques.

• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and a good sense of motion, timing, and visual storytelling.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.

• Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
