Performs initial assessment and triage to patients in the clinic.
Assist in consultations, first aid, emergency care, and patient monitoring.
Maintain medicines, medical supplies, and equipment inventory as well as to monitor expiry dates, stock levels, and proper storage conditions.
Escalate cases beyond nursing scope or clinic to the Occupational Health Physician or appropriate medical facility.
Maintain patient confidentiality of clinic logs, trackers, forms and reports always.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license.
At least 1-2 years of clinical, occupational health, or industrial nursing experience preferred.
Training in Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) and First Aid is an advantage.
Knowledge of occupational health standards and workplace safety regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and medical record management.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to respond effectively during emergencies.
