HSE Supervisor

Job Description:

• Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments.

• Ensure and supervise the implementation of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) procedures in compliance with both company and government regulations.

• Prepare periodic reports on the implementation of HSE within the company.

• Communicate updates on HSE information, regulations, standards, and procedures to relevant employees.

• Monitor the implementation of business processes, company policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Develop Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3) programs, including promotional, preventive, and corrective initiatives, to minimize workplace accidents and occupational diseases.

• Monitor workplace environmental health conditions and the safety of work equipment.

• Prepare, monitor, and maintain documentation related to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3).

• Conduct investigations to analyze the root causes of workplace accidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

• Prepare Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3) performance reports.

• Evaluate workplace incidents to ensure similar accidents can be effectively controlled and prevented.

• Act as the liaison between the company and government authorities on HSE-related matters.

• Conduct building inspections for tenants, exhibitions, events, and commercial shop units within the area.

Requirements:

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant field.

• Certified as a General Occupational Health and Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Umum).

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Experience in Building Management is preferred.

• Strong understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3) laws and other relevant regulations.

• Experience in Fire Safety.

• Ability to conduct HSE inspections, implement HSE inspection programs, and prepare HSE inspection reports.

• Willing to be based at South Jakarta.
