Project Manager

We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to take ownership of end-to-end project delivery across major infrastructure works. This is a key leadership role where you will oversee planning, execution, and compliance across time, cost, quality, safety, and environmental outcomes.

You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard, while leading subcontractors, managing stakeholders, and driving strong project performance.

What you’ll do

• Lead full project delivery from planning through to completion

• Develop and implement construction programs and IMS requirements

• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, procurement, and site resources

• Drive project performance across schedule, cost, quality, and compliance

• Oversee WH&S systems including inductions, SWMS, risk management, and reporting

• Manage environmental compliance and liaise with regulatory authorities

• Oversee quality systems including ITPs, inspections, testing, and NCRs

• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

• Ensure accurate and complete project documentation and reporting

• Support field operations and delivery teams as required

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or infrastructure

• Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple stakeholders

• Solid understanding of WH&S, environmental, and quality systems

• Experience managing subcontractors, procurement, and delivery programs

• Strong problem-solving skills with a delivery-focused mindset

• Excellent communication and organisational ability
