Job Summary
Reload Sanctuary is seeking a friendly, professional, and well-presented Host/Hostess to welcome guests and create a positive first impression of the venue. The Host/Hostess will be responsible for greeting guests, managing seating arrangements, handling reservations, and ensuring smooth guest flow while delivering exceptional customer service aligned with the Reload Sanctuary experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival
arranged guests to their tables or designated areas
Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating efficiently
Provide guests with accurate information regarding venue services, promotions, and events
Coordinate with service staff and management to ensure smooth operations
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and entrance area
Handle guest inquiries and basic complaints professionally
Support event operations and crowd management during busy periods
Ensure all guests receive attentive and courteous service
Assist in maintaining a positive atmosphere within the venue
Requirements
Previous experience as a Host/Hostess, Guest Relations, or Customer Service is preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant appearance and professional attitude
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and coordination skills
Basic English communication skills preferred
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Positive attitude, energetic, and service-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in hospitality, nightlife, restaurant, beach club, or entertainment venues
Familiar with reservation systems and guest handling
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
