Job Responsibilities
Construction Drawing Detailing?Based on the initial blueprints, technical specifications, and design changes provided by the design consultant, create and refine detailed drawings and node details directly applicable to on-site construction.
As-Built Drawing Preparation: Conduct thorough on-site measurements, closely monitor the on-site construction progress, and promptly update and prepare as-built drawings to ensure consistency between the drawings and actual on-site dimensions.
Multi-Disciplinary Collision Resolution: Collaborate with structural, architectural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) engineers to check for errors, omissions, and discrepancies in the drawings and provide reasonable modification suggestions.
Drafting Requirements: Familiarity with Indonesian drawing conventions, symbols, and basic building codes (such as SNI standards).
Resilience: Ability to adapt to the tight schedule of the project site and comply with the project management team's scheduling.
Job Requirements?
Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) or higher in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in on-site shop drawing design for large industrial plants.
Must be proficient in AutoCAD, able to quickly and skillfully draw and modify construction drawings and detailed node drawings.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for daily drawing filing and management.
