CS SEAFREIGHT EXPORT IMPORT (AIRFREIGHT position also available)

Lokasi: Jakarta Utara (Dekat Emporium Pluit)

As part of the AIRROWES GLOBAL LOGISTIK team, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the smooth operational flow of sea freight shipments, specifically for both export and import with Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) methods. You will be at the forefront of providing the best service to our customers and partners, ensuring that every shipping process runs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the entire export or import shipping process, from receiving instructions to completion, including pre-alerts to agents.

• Ensure efficient transportation solutions by booking cargo space with shipping lines.

• Prepare and process necessary shipping documents (including bills of lading) for smooth shipment.

• Collaborate with customs brokers by providing required information and documentation (e.g., PEB for export, import declarations) to ensure a seamless customs clearance process.

• Coordinate cargo pickup and arrange transportation to the Port of Loading (POL) / Port of Discharge (POD).

• Ensure accurate and timely payments by verifying vendor invoices and submitting cost information to the billing team.

• Monitor shipments in real-time using tracking systems, address potential issues, and provide regular status updates to clients.

• Generate up-to-date reports to review shipment progress, enabling informed decision-making.

• Build efficient communication with external and internal partners, as well as customers, to guarantee smooth transportation arrangements and prompt issue resolution.

• Maintain good customer relationships by engaging in problem-solving, demonstrating dedication to exceptional service, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Job Specifications

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sea freight shipping (export or import). Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

• Experience in handling various types of export and import commodities.

• Familiar with FCL shipments

Education:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree, preferably in logistics, transportation, or international trade. High school/vocational school graduates are also welcome to apply.

Skills:

• Understanding of sea freight shipping processes and procedures (export and import), especially FCL export.

• Understanding of customs regulations and required documentation for export and import.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Indonesian.

• Proficiency in operating computers and office applications.

Certifications:

• Having customs certification is a plus.
