The role involves developing and delivering training programs to enhance sales team performance and product knowledge. This position is crucial for ensuring the sales team is well-equipped to effectively promote and sell the company's products which consumer electronics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for the sales team.
- Creating training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
- Delivering training sessions, both in-person and remotely, using various training methodologies.
- Assessing the effectiveness of training programs and making adjustments as needed.
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques to ensure training materials are current and relevant.
- Collaborating with sales managers and other stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business, Marketing, or Communications.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, particularly in a sales or product-related context.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
