SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE - TAMAN BUDAYA SENTUL CITY
Qualifications :
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree.
At least 3 years of experience in Event Sales, Hotel Sales, Venue Sales, MICE Sales, or Event Organizer.
Proven experience in handling corporate accounts is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong sales drive with a target-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
Placement at Taman Budaya Sentul City Bogor
Key Responsibilities :
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Promote and sell Taman Budaya Sentul’s products and services, focusing on ; Corporate Team Building Programs, Corporate Gatherings, Company Outings or Events, School Fieldtrip, Private / Family Gatherings.
Develop additional revenue opportunities, including ; Exhibition and event space rentals, Open booths and bazaars, Sponsorship opportunities.
Conduct daily sales calls and sales visits to generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and strategic partners.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations for prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals.
Maintain accurate sales reports and client databases.
