Club General Manager Jawa Tengah & Timur Area

Role Overview :

Assist the Club Manager in driving the continuous growth of the club, both in terms of membership numbers and revenue per member, while enhancing the club’s brand and maintaining excellence in the local and national fitness market. This role contributes to strengthening the brand and increasing total club revenues through multiple channels, working collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead & manage the overall Club business and team to deliver specific KPIs & budgetsTake overall responsibility for attracting, recruiting, developing, retaining and engaging the right people at club level to deliver business results

2. Club budget and company’s objectives and KPIs

3. Manage the day to day operations of the Club ensuring the Club delivers operating excellence

4. Ensure the delivery of an excellent member service

5. Develop the business actively by building strong relationships with members and build new lead generation plan and identify new business opportunities

6. Provide strong leadership which role models company values, demonstrates cultural awareness and maintains high personal visibility within the Club

Requirements :

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field

2. 5+ years fitness & health/service/retail experience ideally with previous experience of leading and managing a team

3. Good leadership skills with successful track record of developing people and spotting talent

4. Excellent knowledge of industry and operational challenges

5. Able to deliver real improvement – able to get things done, strong influencing skills

6. Good communication skills with all levels of the business

7. Ability to communicate both verbally and writing in English as well as in Bahasa

8. Strong desire and ability to motivate and inspire people and teams

9. Willing to be placed in East Java and Central Java
