Position: Marketing Expert — Social Media (AI Agent Environments)
Type:Contract
Compensation:$60–$100/hour
Location:Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Design task briefs based on real social media work, identifying the planted issue and the decision a strong practitioner should reach.
• Specify documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states required for realistic task execution.
• Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones.
• Review AI agent attempts and evaluate them against established standards.
• Diagnose issues from messy or conflicting data, prioritize tasks, and make tradeoffs in social media contexts.
• Execute campaigns, manage social inboxes, and make judgment calls on brand channels.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Hands-on practitioner experience running brand social accounts.
• Fluent in a social management platform like Sprout Social.
• Comfortable reading native platform analytics.
• Clear written reasoning skills.

Preferred

• Experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies.
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.
