Recruitment Requirements
- Educational Background: Fresh graduates of the recent graduating class, holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree in MEP Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing Engineering, Building Environment and Energy Application Engineering, or other related majors; excellent academic performance, no failed courses, and able to obtain graduation certificate and degree certificate on schedule.
- Professional Knowledge: Master the basic theories and professional knowledge of MEP-related fields, including mechanical equipment design, electrical system layout, plumbing pipeline design, HVAC system principle, etc.; be familiar with national and industry-related standards, codes and specifications.
- Practical & Operational Abilities: Proficient in using professional software related to MEP work, such as AutoCAD, Revit, MEP CAD, or other relevant design and calculation software; have certain practical operation ability, and those with intern experience in MEP design, construction, or related fields will be given priority.
- Comprehensive Qualities: Possess good logical thinking, problem-solving, and communication coordination skills; be detail-oriented, responsible, have strong team spirit and ability to bear pressure; be proactive in learning new technologies and industry trends, willing to engage in MEP-related work, and able to adapt to project site work (if required by the position).
- Additional Requirements: Fluent in English or Chinese (written and oral), able to read and understand professional English documents, drawings, and technical specifications; have basic computer operation skills; hold relevant professional certificates (such as Electrical Engineer Certificate, Mechanical Engineer Certificate) or professional skill certificates is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the team in completing MEP engineering design, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system layout, drawing design, and scheme optimization, ensuring the rationality, safety, and compliance of the design scheme.
- Participate in on-site MEP construction guidance, supervise the construction process, check the quality of installation works, and coordinate with construction teams to solve technical problems encountered on site.
- Assist in sorting out and managing MEP engineering technical data, including design drawings, construction records, acceptance reports, etc., and complete the sorting and archiving of relevant materials.
- Participate in MEP project budget preparation, material selection, and cost control, provide technical support for project cost management.
- Learn and master the latest MEP technologies, materials, and construction processes, participate in technical research and innovation activities of the company.
- Coordinate with internal departments, design units, supervision units, and other related parties to promote the smooth progress of MEP projects, and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
