MULTIMEDIA CREATIVE SENIOR MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and creative leader to drive our multimedia and creative production initiatives. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end creative process, ensuring all visual content aligns with our brand identity, supports marketing objectives, and delivers impactful customer experiences across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Communication, Advertising, Film, or a related field.

• 10–15 years of experience in Multimedia, Creative Production, Content Production, or Creative Marketing.

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading and managing creative teams.

• Experience in the F&B, FMCG, Retail, or Lifestyle industry is preferred.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end content production and visual branding.

• Proficient in Video Production, Photography, Motion Graphics, Animation, Content Production, and Project Management.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multimedia strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.

• Lead end-to-end creative production, from concept development to final execution.

• Ensure high-quality visual content that reflects brand identity and storytelling.

• Manage and mentor the creative team while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Produce multimedia assets for 360° campaigns, digital marketing, and brand initiatives.

• Stay up to date with creative trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
