Club Manager – The Padel Club Cikarang

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, Hospitality, Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Club Manager, Operations Manager, Branch Manager, or similar leadership role within sports, fitness, hospitality, recreation, or lifestyle industries.

• Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing and developing operational teams.

• Solid understanding of club operations, customer service management, facility maintenance, and staff supervision.

• Experience in budgeting, financial control, and revenue growth initiatives.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional member experiences.

• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and operational reporting systems.

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency (spoken and written) is an advantage.

• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Knowledge or passion for padel, racket sports, fitness, or sports club management is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the club to ensure smooth and efficient performance.

• Lead, supervise, and develop all club employees, including Front Office, Coaches, F&B, Maintenance, and other operational staff.

• Ensure high standards of customer service and member satisfaction.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase court bookings, memberships, events, and overall club revenue.

• Monitor club performance, operational KPIs, and financial targets.

• Manage club budgets, expenses, and operational costs effectively.

• Coordinate tournaments, coaching programs, social events, and club activities.

• Ensure all facilities, courts, equipment, and amenities are maintained to the highest standards.

• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and operational issues in a professional and timely manner.

• Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, health & safety regulations, and service standards.

Padel Coach – The Padel Club Cikarang

Qualifications

• Male/Female.

• Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK); Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related fields is preferred.

• Minimum 1–2 years of coaching experience in Padel, Tennis, Badminton, Squash, or other racket sports.

• Possession of a Padel Coaching Certification is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of padel techniques, tactics, rules, and training methodologies.

• Passionate about sports coaching and athlete development.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to coach players of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced players.

• Energetic, positive, patient, and customer-service oriented.

• Physically fit and able to demonstrate padel techniques effectively.

• Able to communicate in English is an advantage.

• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group padel coaching sessions for members and guests.

• Develop structured training programs based on players’ skill levels and goals.

• Teach padel fundamentals, techniques, tactics, game strategy, and court positioning.

• Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.

• Ensure coaching sessions are safe, engaging, and aligned with club standards.

• Assist in organizing tournaments, clinics, social matches, and club events.

• Promote coaching programs, memberships, and club activities.

• Build strong relationships with members and contribute to member retention.

• Maintain coaching equipment and ensure courts are prepared before sessions.
