Barista

Job Description

• Prepare and serve coffee, non-coffee beverages, and other drinks according to recipes and quality standards.

• Operate and maintain coffee machines and other beverage equipment properly.

• Ensure the quality, taste, presentation, and consistency of every beverage.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, equipment, and utensils.

• Check and manage beverage ingredients and supplies to ensure availability and proper storage.

• Handle customer orders accurately and provide friendly service.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.

• Assist with daily stock checking and inventory of beverage ingredients.

• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.

• Previous experience as a Barista or in the F&B industry is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage making is an advantage.

• Able to operate basic bar equipment and willing to learn.

• Good understanding of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.

• Friendly, communicative, responsible, and customer-oriented.

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to work according to shift schedules, weekends, and public holidays.
