As a UX Developer Intern, you will work at the intersection of design and front-end development translating user needs and interface designs into usable, responsive, and accessible web interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in designing and implementing intuitive user experiences across web and mobile platforms
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and front-end developers to translate wireframes and prototypes into code
Conduct or assist with usability testing and analyze user feedback to refine designs
Support in creating user flows, journey maps, and interaction models
Apply best practices in usability, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design
Help maintain and evolve design systems or component libraries
Document design standards and UX patterns
Requirements
Understanding of UX principles, human-centered design, and interaction design
Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Passion for creating user-focused digital experiences
Currently pursuing a degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Computer Science, or related field
Nice to Have
Experience with usability testing tools (e.g., Maze, Useberry, UserTesting)
Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js)
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
Personal projects or a portfolio showcasing UX work
Understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows
