We are a growing Beauty Brand specializing in Personal Care & Hair Care products, committed to creating impactful campaigns and high-quality content that connect with our audience.

📍 Work From Office (WFO) — Kalideres, West Jakarta

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and hands-on Lead Creative to lead our content team, develop winning content strategies, and create high-performing scripts for TikTok, Reels, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative strategies and content plans aligned with marketing goals.

Research competitors, viral content, consumer behavior, and market trends.

Create engaging content concepts, hooks, and scripts for short-form videos.

Produce content scripts per week.

Analyze viral content and identify winning content angles that can be adapted for our brand.

Lead, manage, and mentor content creators and editors.

Review content performance and generate actionable insights for improvement.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and product launches.

Build and maintain a library of successful content frameworks, hooks, and creative ideas.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, creative strategy, social media, or related roles.

Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video content.

Proven ability to create engaging content concepts and scripts.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns from content performance data.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Up-to-date with social media trends, viral content formats, and digital marketing strategies.

Comfortable using AI tools to improve creative research, scriptwriting, and workflow efficiency.

Portfolio showcasing content, campaigns, scripts, or social media work is highly preferred.
