Coordinator Initial Lender and Title Delivery

The ideal candidate will be able to work west coast hours - 8:30am PCT- 5:30pm PCT

We are seeking a self- motivated, detail-oriented and organized professional to join our Initial Lender Request team in a remote capacity. The position supports internal operations by verifying loan information is accurately updated in file entry, preparing required title documents, and distributing requested materials to lender contacts, with minimal direct communication beyond document delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail with efficiency, and contributes to a positive, team-oriented work culture.

This role is 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, input, and update loan information, including mortgage clauses, loan amounts, loan numbers, and lender contact details
  • Add lender contact information within the file
  • Identify discrepancies and communicate findings to the appropriate branch personnel or follow established escalation guidelines
  • Update title commitments and prepare ALTA supplemental documents
  • Generate Preliminary Closing Disclosures (CDs) and ALTA Settlement Statements
  • Prepare Closing Protection Letters (CPLs)
  • Ensure timely distribution of requested documentation to lender contacts

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in title, escrow, mortgage, or loan processing strongly preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
  • Familiarity with ALTA documents, title commitments, and closing documentation is a plus
