About the role
As Head Barista, you will play an important role in leading and developing the barista team, and creating high-quality coffee drinks and other beverages to delight our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring consistent and high-quality beverage service while maintaining operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and train the barista team to ensure consistent and high-quality beverage service
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the bar
- Manage inventory and ordering of raw materials to ensure adequate supplies
- Analyze sales trends and proactively adjust the menu to meet customer preferences
- Coordinate with management team to plan and implement marketing and promotional initiatives
- Provide exceptional customer service experience to maintain high customer satisfaction
About you
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Barista
- Barista certification or relevant professional training
- Deep understanding of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and beverage service methods
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment
- Preferred: experience in Bali/Jakarta restaurants
