Key Responsibilities:
Identify, recruit, and manage KOLs/Creators/Affiliator aligned with the brand.
Prepare campaign briefs, messaging, and creative direction.
Coordinate end-to-end KOL Collaboration, including approaching, negotioating, product seeding, deliverables, and payment processes
Review content quality to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
Execute meaningful, and engaging Monthly Community Activations and events
Monitor & Analyze reports to extract learnings, insights, and improvement opportunities.
Monitor social media metrics related to KOL and community activities, including reach, engagement, and conversion-related indicators.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree from any related major
0-2 years experience in a similar position.
Needs to be able to organize an activity from zero to completion.
Have previous experience in running a sports community or be an active part of a community.
Must be proficient in communication and project management - ideally KOL/talent management.
Needs to have shown previous achievements in their position (hard metrics, projects).
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Needs to be able to demonstrate proficiency in project management tools.
A sports enthusiast. Exercised at least 3 times a week.
