Job Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in any discipline
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in banking industry in the similar position for KYC, Advisory, and Compliance Review Team Officer
3. Fast learner, pro-active, innovative, ready to work under pressure and able to work as a team.
4. Fluent in English is a must, Mandarin is preferable
5. Able to operate Microsoft Excel and its formulas is an advantage
6. Familiar with OJK and PPATK related reporting
Job Description:
1. To interpret, analyze and advise Management of the impact of OJK/PPATK guidelines related to AML/CTF/CPF and Bank complies with these rules as well as ensuring that a sound relationship with OJK/PPATK is maintained at all level.
2. To monitor the availability of system for supporting AML, CTF, and CPF Program.
3. To conduct coordination and monitoring on the implementation of policies on AML, CTF, and CPF Program with relevant units that interact with Customers.
4. To assure that policies and procedures are in line with the development of current AML, CTF, and CPF Program. Program, banking products’ risks, business activity and complexity of the Bank and volume of the Bank’s transactions.
5. Handling report to regulatory bodies.
