About the role

PT. TRANSNOVASI BANGUN PERSADA is seeking a talented Fullstack Developer to join our growing technology team. This is a fulltime position based in Jakarta Timur, Jakarta Raya. As a Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both frontend and backend components of our web applications. This role is strategically important to our organisation as it directly contributes to delivering robust, scalable solutions that drive our business objectives forward. You will work on innovative projects that impact our clients and help shape the future of our digital offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces using modern web technologies

• Build and maintain robust backend systems and APIs that support our applications

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Write clean, maintainable code following established coding standards and best practices

• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise application performance across the full stack

• Participate in the entire development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment

• Contribute to the documentation of technical specifications and system architecture

• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development practices

What we're looking for

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.

• Proficient in TypeScript and Node.js.

• Experienced in using NestJS or Hono Framework.

• Proficient in React.js, Next.js App Router, React Query, Zustand, and MUI/Shadcn.

• Good understanding of REST APIs and backend-frontend integration.

• Proficient in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and ORMs such as Prisma, Drizzle, or Sequelize.

• Good understanding of authentication, authorization, and API security concepts.

• Experience using Docker.

• Familiar with Git and GitLab.

• Understanding of software architecture concepts and clean code principles.

• Experience with WebSocket, RabbitMQ, NATS, or LiveKit is a plus.
