About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, highly dedicated, and experienced Recruiter to join our team at PT AlwihdahJaya Sentosa and PT. Global Sapta Internusa (GSI)
In this dual-focus role, you will be responsible for managing land-based recruitment placements while leading our prestigious US J-1 Internship Program and New Zealand Placement Programs. You will serve as the primary bridge between talented Indonesian candidates and overseas opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end recruitment process for land-based international placements.
* Screen, interview, and assess candidates for the US J-1 Internship/Trainee Program and New Zealand programs.
* Guide candidates through document preparation, visa interview prep, and pre-departure orientations.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with host organizations, US sponsor agencies, and overseas partners.
* Monitor candidate progress and ensure compliance with program regulations and visa requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
* First-Hand Overseas Experience (Must-Have): Previous experience participating in a J-1 Program in the USAOR having completed an internship/work program in the USA, Australia, or New Zealand.
* Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. You must be comfortable communicating with native speakers and international sponsors daily.
* Work Experience: Proven track record in recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency placement (preferably in hospitality, agriculture, or overseas placement).
* Key Skills & Traits:
o Highly dedicated, target-driven, and self-motivated.
o Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
o Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
o Deep understanding of the US J-1 visa process and cultural exchange dynamics.
