JOB SCOPE:
The project planning & controller is a key member of the project team and works directly with the project manager to create and maintain a project's budget and schedule, analyze progress reported against the work schedules; and recommend actions to improve progress. Project Planning & controller will do the direct reporting to project General Manager.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Prepare masterschedule for all project
Progress monitoring on going project
Lead administration team to produce contract
Monitoring payment
Prepare all the project report to BOD
Monitoring and make the cash out plan
Support the financial team in terms of verification of payment milestones achievement and expected payment status based on the schedule analysis
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
At least 4 years of experience in project planning within construction for landed house project.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software
Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles.
Good communication & management skills.
