Producer, Client Experience & Growth (Contract)

We're looking for a Producer, Client Experience & Growth to support our business development efforts by producing proposals, coordinating pitches, and keeping new business opportunities moving from intake through handoff. This role works closely with strategy, creative, production, and operations teams to deliver a seamless experience for prospective clients while ensuring every proposal is organized, polished, and on time. What You'll Do - Coordinate business development opportunities from initial intake through proposal submission - Manage proposal timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration across strategy, creative, production, and operations - Develop proposal decks, budgets, scopes, and supporting client materials - Serve as the primary coordinator for prospective client communications throughout the proposal process - Maintain opportunity tracking and reporting within Nutshell CRM and internal planning tools - Coordinate weekly business development resource forecasting with department leads - Lead handoffs of won opportunities to delivery teams for successful project kickoffs - Support client experience initiatives including events, conferences, sponsorships, and relationship-building activities - Improve proposal templates, business development workflows, CRM processes, and operational documentation What You'll Bring - 3–5 years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager, Account Manager, Business Development Coordinator, or similar role within a digital agency or consulting environment - Experience coordinating proposals, pitches, RFP responses, or client-facing deliverables - Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines - Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence working across internal teams and external clients - High attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, client-ready work - Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Nice to Have - Experience supporting agency business development or sales operations - Familiarity with digital marketing, websites, digital products, CRM, or digital transformation engagements - Experience creating proposal presentations, budgets, or executive-level client materials - Experience improving workflows, documentation, or operational processes Tools Required - Figma - Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) - Slack - Nutshell CRM - Airtable Preferred - Canva - Claude (AI) Why Current At Current, you'll help shape the first impression clients have of our agency by producing thoughtful proposals and creating exceptional business development experiences. The target hourly compensation for this role is $40.00 - $60.00 an hour. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
