We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join our team as part of the establishment of our new Quality Assurance department.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance procedures and standards.
Prepare and review quality-related reports and documentation.
Analyze quality data using Power BI and identify improvement opportunities.
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product and process quality.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance at a manufacturing or trading company.
Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
Experience in data analysis using Power BI.
Experience in developing SOPs and participating in continuous improvement activities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
