Position Overview:
As a Sales Manager (Showroom / Project Sales), you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing showroom operations, and leading the sales team. You will handle both retail (B2C) and project (B2B) clients, build strong relationships with designers and developers, and ensure excellent customer experience for high-value products.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales Manager / Assistant Manager / Senior Sales role
Proven background in one of the following industries:
Luxury retail or premium brands
Building materials (tiles, surfaces, sanitary, lighting, furniture, etc.)
Interior or home living products
Property / real estate / developer sales
Technical or project-based products (B2B or project sales environment)
Experience managing both B2C (end users) and B2B (projects, designers, contractors, developers)
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing sales teams
Experience in showroom or retail-based sales environment is highly preferred
Having existing network with architects, interior designers, contractors, or property developers is a strong advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Analytical thinking with ability to evaluate sales performance and market trends
Customer-focused mindset with a consultative selling approach
